For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of the pro33 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, nor using the Services in a professional or commercial capacity without prior written consent from pro33.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pro33 or any of its affiliated game studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).
• You must not have previously had an account on pro33 that was suspended, closed for cause, or terminated by pro33 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. pro33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where misrepresentation is identified.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual Member may hold exactly one (1) registered account on pro33. The creation, maintenance, or use of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances held therein (including winnings) will be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid and accessible email address, a current Indonesian mobile telephone number, and your accurate date of birth. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pro33 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account access. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pro33 immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). pro33 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID / KTP or Passport), proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay account showing your registered name). Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

3.5 Account Currency. All pro33 accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No multi-currency functionality is available. All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted in IDR. pro33 does not apply currency conversion charges on any IDR transaction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pro33 currently supports the following IDR deposit and withdrawal channels: Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI — Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). The availability of specific channels may vary from time to time without advance notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum transaction limits per single transaction and per 24-hour period vary by payment method and Member tier. VIP members may request higher transaction limits by contacting their designated account manager.

4.3 Processing Times. Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are credited instantly. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Under 5 minutes from approval
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Under 15 minutes from approval during banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB); up to 60 minutes outside banking hours
• Other bank transfers (CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata): Under 30 minutes from approval during banking hours

4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your pro33 account originate from legitimate sources and are free from any connection to criminal activity. pro33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited and to delay or refuse withdrawal of any funds pending satisfactory explanation.

4.5 Return of Funds Policy. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pro33 account. Pro33 will not transfer winnings to a third-party account under any circumstances. If a deposit is made in error, Members must contact support immediately. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pro33 are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific conditions published at the time of each promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail over these general terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page prior to opt-in. Standard welcome bonus wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on pro33 contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates by game category are as follows:

• Online Slots (all providers): 100% contribution
• Live Casino — Roulette: 10% contribution
• Live Casino — Baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger: 10% contribution
• Sportsbook — pre-match and live in-play markets: 100% contribution at minimum odds of 1.60
• Jackpot slots and progressive slots: 0% contribution unless explicitly stated

5.4 Bonus Validity Period. All Bonus Funds expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not completed within the time window specified in the individual promotion terms. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Standard validity periods range from 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of credit.

5.5 Bonus Abuse and Fraud. pro33 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, pro33 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and pursue recovery of any withdrawn amounts obtained through abusive means.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on pro33 are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and competition. Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and other supported competitions are governed by the sporting body's official rules for match validity, result determination, and postponement handling. In the event of a match being postponed for more than 48 hours from the original scheduled kick-off, all single bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.

6.2 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a payout. A voided leg within a mix parlay is treated as a non-runner, and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at revised combined odds. A minimum of two legs must remain active for a mix parlay to stand.

6.3 Asian Handicap (Voor Bola). Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets on pro33 follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules as applied across international sportsbook platforms. Quarter-ball handicaps result in stakes being split equally across two adjacent handicap lines. Customers are advised to familiarise themselves with Asian handicap settlement before placing voor bola wagers.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the relevant bet slip at the time of placement. pro33 reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits on any market without advance notice, including on in-play markets where liquidity or risk considerations require it.

6.5 Palpable Errors. In the event that odds or game outcomes are published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure that results in manifestly incorrect pricing, pro33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members. A "palpable error" is defined as odds that deviate by more than 25% from the fair market rate at the time the bet was placed.

6.6 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles on pro33 are governed by the rules of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) and are audited by independent testing laboratories for fairness and RTP (return to player) accuracy. Game results are final once confirmed by the game server. Disputes relating to individual game outcomes must be raised with pro33 support within 30 days of the session in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pro33 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform mechanics
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider wagering on events where you have privileged information
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud
• Attempting to exploit game glitches, software errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pro33 staff or other Members through any communication channel
• Circumventing geo-restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or account suspensions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or alternative identities
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any pro33 content, game assets, or software without written authorisation

All content published on the pro33 platform — including but not limited to the pro33 logo, brand name, website design, user interface elements, graphics, promotional artwork, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pro33 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pro33 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any pro33 content without prior written approval.

Game titles, studio names, and associated trademarks (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. pro33 operates these titles under valid licensing agreements with each studio.

pro33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pro33 includes, but is not limited to, your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile telephone number, payment method details, device identifiers, IP address, and wagering history. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and targeted promotional communications where you have opted in.

pro33 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification service providers, payment processors (including BCA, BRI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay infrastructure partners), and game studios for the sole purpose of delivering the Services to you.

All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure, access-controlled servers. 10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pro33 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Services.

10.2 pro33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gaming sessions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, third-party payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.

10.3 pro33's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or connected to use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 pro33 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Periods of planned maintenance will be announced via in-platform notifications where practicable. Unplanned outages are outside pro33's reasonable control, and no compensation is payable in respect of access disruption alone.

11.1 By pro33. pro33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account at any time with or without prior notice if: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) an account is identified as part of a fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse scheme; (c) the Member's continued use of the Services presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to pro33; or (d) pro33 elects to cease providing Services in any jurisdiction.

11.2 By the Member — Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your pro33 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance held in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. If you believe that gambling is negatively impacting your personal or financial wellbeing, you may request a self-exclusion of between 30 days and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, and you will be blocked from creating new accounts on pro33. 11.4 Effects of Termination. Upon termination of an account for cause, pro33 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and withhold the Real Money Balance pending a full audit. Where no wrongdoing is established following audit, the verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member's confirmed payment method within 14 business days.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pro33 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and pro33 regarding these Terms & Conditions or any aspect of the Services, you agree to first contact pro33's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 14 business days for pro33 to investigate and respond before escalating the matter through any formal legal process.

12.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the authoritative language for all contractual interpretation purposes. While pro33 provides customer support in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) for the convenience of Indonesian Members, the English text of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
